What is Ultra Lite?

Ultra Lite originated from Naturopathic principles. It uses real food – balancing protein and carbohydrates in the right ratios to allow your body to burn fat and lose weight safely. You eat three nutritious meals a day made with whole foods. You also consume four nutritional sachets (containing vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids) mixed with water between meals, this manages your blood sugar levels and cravings. Ultra Lite is a keto diet.

What is Keto?

Keto is a diet which focuses on removing processed foods and sugar from the diet, replacing it with moderate proteins and complex carbs. Sugar and processed foods are hard for the body to digest, resulting in weight gain and various health problems. A keto diet helps reset the body to work more efficiently and process your food into energy without turning it into fat stores in the body.

How much weight will you lose?

You can expect to lose an average of 7-10kg on a 5-week program.

  • Women usually lose between 7-8kg
  • Men usually lose 10-12kg

If you still have more weight to lose you can continue on after that with another program. Once you reach your goal I will teach you how to keep the weight off.

What conditions can Ultra Lite help with?

Ultra Lite supports healthy blood sugar levels so it’s ideal for Diabetes. It can also support healthier cholesterol, blood pressure and balance hormones. I don’t know a single person who has done this program who doesn’t feel amazing on it, and I have supported hundreds of patients on their Ultra Lite weight management journey!

How does it all work?:

The emphasis is all on supporting you. Once we have done your free 15-minute chat we will arrange your initial consultation (30 minutes). During this time we go over the program and make plans to set you up for success.

This is followed by 5 weeks of ‘Weigh-in’ appts (15 mins) either online or in-person to review your weekly meal diary, weight and measurements and to provide ongoing support and coaching whilst on the program.
